Our kennel name, High Jump, comes from one of the exercises in competition obedience. It is also fitting because our lively Havanese seem to be built with springs!
We are located in eastern Massachusetts
More Than Just a Pretty Face
Our Havanese are our partners in sport and we value training in obedience, rally and agility as well as other sports. But they also are just with us, day and night. Whether it is sleeping in our bed, traveling with us on vacations in our camper, kayaking, hiking, snowshoeing… They are our constant companions! That is possible partially because of their fantastic Havanese temperaments, and partially because of the time and effort we put into preparing them for a life like this! In our opinion, the time you put into training your puppy in the first year or two is well spent toward the next decade and a half of wonderful companionship!
Planned Litters
We will never be a big breeder with lots of litters available, simply because we are more often out doing stuff with our dogs! But when we do plan a litter, it will be with great care, choosing the very best pairings we can to produce the best PUPPIES we can for home, show and sport.
